Our standard live 8-session course for professionals, leaders and teams who are seeing and feeling the challenges of burnout for themselves and/or in their organization, is offered completely online and available as 1-on-1 or in a group setting. Focused on recovering from and preventing future burnout through the lens of the Dreamgarten Whole Self Well-being Framework using a mindfulness and human-centered, design thinking approach.

Burnout Support Community
The Patreon Dreamers Seeking Support Community was created as a way to support those who find themselves at any stage of burnout, but feel like a commitment to one-to-one coaching or a multiple session course is too much. Instead, you get bite-size, on-demand support with access to a number of live sessions, Q&As, custom content and little reminders to take care of yourself on this journey. We have found that when we share our journey with others, our healing is accelerated and that is why we think this community will be so powerful!
What can I expect from my sessions?
Our sessions are rooted in a rhythm and equip your people with brain science-based techniques for completing the stress cycle in the body and moving to a more embodied decision-making process. All intro sessions begin with the ideas behind burnout, what it does to the mind and body, mindfulness, design thinking, and psychological safety as we lay the foundation for a safe and inclusive space.
Each additional session kicks off with a mindfulness moment. We’ll use the lens of the Dreamgarten Whole Self Well-being framework to work through important topics your team would like to explore and ask “how might we?” questions. By applying mindfulness techniques and design thinking tools to our questions, we’ll explore, uncover, and equip your people with the techniques needed to navigate decisions in a whole new way. We’ll talk, we’ll move, we’ll laugh, we’ll experiment, and we’ll reflect — and your people will do homework to determine their next right action.
Sessions end with an assignment that challenges your team to implement the practical tools they’ve learned into everyday decision making at work. We’ll discuss each assignment at the start of the next session, uncovering wins, challenges, and opportunities.
